Artabria Partners is an independent financial boutique focused on value creation, primarily through M&A transactions in the Spanish small-mid market.

 

Our origin stems from a strong belief in the importance of making things easier for clients going through one of the most crucial professional processes. This project is born from the experience and knowledge of our partners as experts in M&A, Private Equity, and financial consulting for SMEs in the local market, with the clear objective of identifying and connecting investors with local market opportunities and achieving a global impact. The ability to identify the best course of action to unlock growth potential and execute a plan with utmost integrity forms the fundamental principles of Artabria.

We have experience in all phases of the Search Fund, from creating the investment vehicle and Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) to the search phase and company acquisition, adding value and optimizing each stage of the process.
